Direct Aid:  Nutritional security

In 2021 we were fortunate to be adopted by a wonderful Israeli organization- LaTet- which provides us with a monthly delivery of basic food supplies – flour, oil, canned goods etc. The amazing Good People Fund also donated $5000 worth of food vouchers that we distributed to the neediest cases over several months. Raviv, a kind volunteer, collects fresh produce from Kibbutz Revivim and elsewhere in the Negev so we can offer our members a healthy  addition to their menus and help improve their nutritional security.  

Cooperative Food Fair

Thanks to the provisions donated by La Tet we hold a cooperative food fair two Thursdays in each month. This is a lively occasion where people come not only to get supplies but also to meet, mingle and gossip!
